Shipping costs depend on the destination and are automatically displayed at checkout.
For deliveries outside of Germany, import taxes, customs duties and costs may be levied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are determined by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the recipient country. You can obtain more information from your local customs office.

You can easily return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery
- Log in to " My Account " and select "Orders" in the menu.
- Select "Refund" for the order from which you want to return something.
- Choose whether you want to return the entire order or only certain items.
- As soon as we have received the package, you will receive a confirmation.
- After checking the return, we will refund you the amount in the same way you paid.
- The buyer bears the costs for the return.
Return policy
• The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and faultless items from which the labels have not been removed.
• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Refund of the purchase price
After we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the credit note to be made. Refunds will be made immediately using the same payment method as the purchase.
